New Cartridge does not work. Not recognized by printer
This new cartridge is not being recognized in my HP Envy 7858 printer. The only one is recognized but not this new one from this order. The new cartridge seems to be defective.

I bought an HP63 color cartridge a bit ago and it appears to have malfunctioned and no longer prints color. I checked that it was properly seated, no apparent damage. What is the warranty period, if any? No receipt or date of purchase.

I purchased this on Amazon in April and just tried to install in my HP Office Jet 3830 and am getting an error. It keeps telling me it isn't installed correctly. When I put the other cartridge back in, NOT XL it works. Any suggestions?
