I didn't need the 63XL. I needed 62XL. But on your web site, when I search for "62", it shows both 62 and 63, and I bought the 63 by mistake. And then when it came, I just threw it away.

I have an HP Officejet 3830 All-In-One printer, out of warranty and discontinued. I have HP63XL ink cartridges. If my printer fails, what comparable replacement printer will accept the 63s?
They have discontinued ALLL printers that use 63 inks. Which we have found out the hard way having to find replacement printer for our 3830 printers. We get a notice that it will no longer receive update or be serviced. We are pretty angry right now.

I bought an HP63 color cartridge a bit ago and it appears to have malfunctioned and no longer prints color. I checked that it was properly seated, no apparent damage. What is the warranty period, if any? No receipt or date of purchase.
