Defective! Changes 3 cartridges, all missing cyan. Bought 3 different once and a new printer after. All print the same in pink because there is no cyan ink as per diagnostic. Customer service beyond frustrating. Different people in India asking to repeat the same thing and making you do things over and over. 2 printers, 3 sets of cartridges and I still can’t print my flyers…

Great Ink - Easy to Install - HP Gouges
Overpriced, and 5 days to get to me. When HP stopped supporting retail stores and you had to order from their hub, the prices were lower, and it was 2 day shipping.
I am starting to re-think my relationship with HP. I really do not think they care about me.
