HP customer service very disappointing
I ordered the wrong product because the HP website was confusing on the product I needed and when I tried to return it I got no response from HP on how to do it except that a customer representative would contact me, which never happened. Really shoddy customer service.

Poor customer service
After many years, received our first faulty, non functioning cartridge. Near impossible to get a refund. Customer service was in India and said, "nothing I can do". At $45+ cartridge not easy to hear that. Is that customer service? nope. I believe HP owes us a cartridge.

I've always bought my HP cartridges at Office Max. But last summer OM stopped stocking them, and last fall our local store closed, so I had to buy them online or drive an hour and a half to a store. So I ordered them. And the black cartridge seems to be defective. I thought I was having a problem with my printer. A local repairman said that he couldn't find anything wrong with the printer, but that the cartridge didn't seem brand new, as if it was long past its shelf life. That suggests that your company fobbed off a defective product on me, which I'm stuck with, because I still can't easily replace it. And that's poor customer service. Maybe my next printer won't be HP.

This black ink cartridge did not work. I tried troubleshooting but the printer did not recognize the black ink cartridge. Called technical support and they are sending me another cartridge. I am now waiting 2 weeks without being able to use the printer.
