Bad ink cartridges and will not accept returns.
This ink cartridge did not work at all. The printer did not even recognize it. I purchased it and paid a higher price under the assumption that it was an authorized HP store. Later I found that it is just the name and it does not have HP authorization to sell expensive ink cartridges that do not work.

good ink and great recycling
the most important thing is the ink is great and they give you a recycle bag. I am an environmentalist. I was very happy to get the recycle bag. I recycled two sets of ink cartridges this month.

Not a reliable way to order
I have only ever used HP ink with my copiers; I either purchased at office supply stores or online. Since online shopping is now the best way to shop, that’s what I have done for several years.
But no longer…the HP shipments just take way too long to arrive and the ink cartridges are very expensive. I had run out of ink and was driving to a UPS shipping store to print out documents, at $4.00 each!
I will be searching for an alternative to buying HP online.

I have two HP Deskjet 6940. They both continue to be excellent printers! However, I need ink cartridges 96 Black and 95 or 97 Color. Do you have compatible ink cartridges for my printer? Why would you discontinue the ink for for the 6940 printer???
Thank you for your question! The HP 95 and 98 cartridges are also compatible with the HP DeskJet 6940. As the printer was originally manufactured in 2005 the cartridges are becoming harder to find.
