Cartridge replacement
When replacing the cartridge you have to shut the printer down completely & re-start the program as it indicates it’s a generic cartridge and is not compatible with the machine. I bought one from Walmart & HP and they both indicated the same thing

HP Ink Never Lasts Long
Printer wants to align each time it is turned on. However, alignment is perfect and has been since aligning immediately after cartridge was replace. Printer doesn't have an option to say 'no' to realigning just 'yes' or 'later'. This is a good way to use excess ink and waste money on cartridges. Is this by design HP?

Faulty ink cartridge
I ordered two 63xl ink cartridges. I put one of them in my printer, and my printer began printing fuzzy, illegible copies of whatever I was printing. I tried turning my printer off and back on multiple times. I printer black & white and color, many times. Finally I swapped out the new ink cartridge for another new one, and I didn’t have one problem. I guess one of the cartridges was just faulty??

HP official Ink broke connection to pC
I paid top dollar for the non-generic captive ink. The reason I did this is that I didn't want any complications. When I installed the new ink I lost connection to my computer and am still trying to troubleshoot. Painful to my wallet and to my time.
