This 63XL ink is not compatible with HP Smart Tank 5000.
This is the wrong 63XL On the side of the box it does not show it is compatible with HP Smart Tank 5000. Although I have not opened the box, the box is too large for the 1 7/8" tall and 1 5/8" wide ink cartridge. I need to return this ink to you. Please send me a prepaid return label.

Why doesn't ink match from
No return options
The ink didn't match my printer. I ordered on Dec 30th and so when I try to return it, it only brought up orders for the year, which was unfortunate because the year was over and I couldn't go back 2 weeks to select the purchased product.

I have an older model, Deskjet3634 K4T93A. Will 63 black be compatible?
The HP DeskJet 3634 printer is designed to work with the HP 302 and HP 302XL ink family of cartridges. The HP 302 ink cartridges are not available on the HP US Store as the HP DeskJet 3634 is not a US printer.

What reference are the HP smart tank plus 651 printer cartridges
Thank you for your question! The HP Smart Tank 651 uses ink bottles and not replaceable ink cartridges. The HP ink bottles needed are models 31 and 32.
