The ink cartridges have not been delivered. Our credit card was charged. Your first note (Oct 24)said the shipment would be delayed. The transit information key was never active (H355437435 ). Your second communication said the tapes would ship on Oct. 27 and be delivered within four days. We left on a trip on Nov. 4. The tapes were not received.

HP-61 Ink Cartridges
What can I say? I needed to replace my ink cartridges; my printer takes HP-61 cartridges, so that's what I purchased. It's not as though I had any choice in the matter. I don't know why these things should cost $40-$50 each, but it is what it is. I guess you can do that when you have a "captive market."
