I had tried to cancel the order within 2 hours after the order was placed because I had received an incorrect number for the cartridge to be ordered. Both employees were quite rude and refused to cancel the order. You can be certain that the next printer we order WILL NOT BE AN HP!!!

I just purchased this cartridge early November 2024 and printed less than 2 dozen pages. Now the printer won't print with a message, "Ink Cartridge problem, The following Ink cartridge [s] must be replaced" Will never buy HP printer again.

Had to use HP Ink online, cartridge not available in local supply stores!
We have an older HP 4630 printer which still works well. The 61XL cartridge is difficult to find in office supply stores in this area. HP online had that item as both single, or double pack at a slightly lower price. Package arrived on time.

Fake HP Cartridges from Walmart!
We had been buying HP Cartridges from Walmart for years & then our HP Printer stopped working because it said the ink was fake! 4 expensive $50 ink cartridges & Walmart would NOT give us our $ back😡 So we’re ordering directly from HP now! Next, I’m having a hard time ordering a battery for my HP Computer!🤦🏻♀️

Expensive But Good Quality and Service
I've been using HP ink from the beginning and have always had good results. I don't have to do very much printing, so longevity of the ink cartridge is important to me. I've had the cartridge stop working when the app showed plenty of ink left in the cartridge; I'm not sure why that happens but I'm willing to cut HP some slack because of the time factor. I'm not sure whether this is a problem with the cartridge or my printer, quite frankly.
