Price and Yield
I understand that the country suffers from supply chain issues but I don't think the impact of the price increase is justified. Also , product yield and shelf life should be considered. Sometimes the cartridges do not print the "150" pages touted in the advertisements. Efficiency in product delivery is good, always room for improvement.

I got only 37 pages out of the color cartridge.
I got only 37 pages out of the color cartridge and that's just what I got when I purchased it through Walmart a couple of days previous. The black went down to about a third of it left. 37 PAGES! The pages didn't even have full page color on them. There is hardly any ink in these and I would like a refund for both if I can get it.

If you are in need do not order here. Ordered November 25th, ran out of ink in my printer before I received my order on December 11th. 17 days later. The products are great but this is not my first order and every time you wait and wait for your order to arrive.

Hello. Thanks for your question. You cannot replace the tricolor ink cartridge with a black ink cartridge. You can use your printer in single-cartridge mode. That means you can take out the tricolor ink cartridge. And the printer will go into single cartridge mode automatically so you can print with the black ink cartridge.
