I need to return the product. Once I receive it, I realized that I needed a 32A Drum not the 19A drum that was sent. I followed the product line when I ordered, so I am disappointed that I am still waiting to get my printer back online.

Good morning! I am trying to replace the drum on my printer, and HP LaserJet P4014dn (Product no. CB512A) and searched your website. Three different drums came up in my search and I don't know which one to get. Any suggestions?

I'm replacing the original cartridge after 4 years of use. Why do I need a new drum? Does the drum only last as long as a cartridge? I've had a P2055 for many years and have never had to even think about the drum.
The HP 19A typically lasts up to 12,000 pages whereas the toner for the p2055 typically lasts up to 2,300 pages.

Thanks for your question. The Image drum is built into the toner cartridges on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 model. There is no separate Image drum to replace. When you replace the toner cartridge, the drum gets replaced as well.
