Only downside is not being able to leave it plugged in. It won't accept a top charge level, even though HP has a BIOS setting for that, it doesn't apply to this machine. Otherwise - so far, great quality and value. Plays what I want to play, such as RDR and RDR2 and higher settings with good graphics and frame rates.

    Does this laptop keyboard have backlighting? I work a lot at night and would love to be able to see which keys I’m using!

    What is the max upgradable RAM? I heard it was 24gb from another owner but was hoping to go to 32gb
