Great bargain
Being a HP SmartFriend customer for 8+ years; working with the field techs, convinced me to return back to use McAfee programs. Their reasons were solid and have discovered the improvements. Down side is with the current COVID-19 pandemic, the field techs appear to have limited use of tools working out of their homes, and the service rendered in past years is reduced or limited.

Bought 2 year contract at a good price. But did not like interface and when ran scan McAfee said no problem but my system mechanic pro found an infection????Returning to HP for reimbursement am going back to previous Virus protect I have had for years and no problem.

Easy ONLINE install experience including automatic accrual of unused balances on my HP Envy system. For example, the unused balance of three months was added to the 24 month license I purchased. Key Factor = McAfee provides excellent system protection.

Meets My Classroom Needs
I bought this printer when my existing printer (same HP Model) stopped printing one colour ink. I exercised my warranty option (offered by the vendor, not through HP), and in the middle of making arrangements to have my existing printer repaired, the company cut off communications. I need to print reports for school counselors, other teachers, and administrators on a daily basis to help track the progress of students who use my services. I had to have a printer, so I bought the same HP model I had been using.

Happy with the product.
