For the best print quality with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw printer, I recommend using HP Enhanced Business Paper, Glossy, which is compatible with laser printers. Do I put the photo paper in my HP printer glossy side up or down?

It would depend on your HP Printer. Most HP printers have front load and front return paper paths. If your printer has this put the glossy side down.
