Rated 1 out of 5 by JWRO from Dead computer I have yet been able to try this computer. When I received it, it would not boot up. I was able to contact customer service, who made me feel like it was my fault it was DOA. Once they decided it was defective, I had to send it back to Tennessee and after being there 10 working days another computer was sent which has yet to arrive. I have had good luck with HP computers in the past (3) and the last was a Pavilion as it the new one. If I ever get it, hopefully it will work and I can enjoy it.

Called customer service and they offered me subscription for $55 for the first month and they would fix it completely. Seriously? Send me a computer not working and I can pay money for them to fix it. Buy computer at your risk or plan on getting all the service plans.

Why are there no options for the 8945HS processor and 32GB or 64GB of RAM? The RAM is soldered and not upgradable making this obsolete out of the box with only 16GB.
