Hp pavilion review
I have had two problems with the online purchase. The first computer had a monitor issues strait out of the box and was returned with a hardware issue. The replacement arrived two weeks later. Two weeks after after setting up the computer, my keyboard stopped working and had to be replaced. This was not a good online purchase experience. The computer is nice once it started working.

Very happy
Very pleased so far with my HP Pavilion All in One. This frees up so much space on my desk and it is very responsive. The keyboard is also smaller but easy to type on and I like the layout. Set up was very easy. Windows 11 has taken some getting used to but having all my data in One Drive made everything easier also.

I purchase this desk top computer directly from HP in the hopes that it would be a unit with no issues and be easy to use. The purchase was a gift and a replacement for an older HP computer. To keep this short it was a nightmare. It would not allow printing; it would not allow the printer to be engaged- an HP Office Pro 9015 that had been used with the older HP computer. Assuming it was our inexperience with the computer we took it to the Geek Squad at a local Best Buy – they got it to print for a short time and then it refused to see the printer again.
Then it started scrambling the words in eMails turning them into gibberish. She finally had to call HP tech people had them take over the machine remotely and they said the unit was NG and to send it back. I purchased another HP computer at Best Buy since we already paid for the Geek Squad and so far its working well and she’s happy.
I sent the unit back as instructed through FedEx – had them box it up so it would be done well and so far have not gotten any indication of what is going on or when I would bet my $977.61 back that I paid for the HP Pavilion 24-K1305st Bundle PO. I have call HP many times and if I even get to talk with a live person, I get sidelined an the call gets dropped or I’m told by a computer voice to go on the web which I have tried with no luck. All in all not a fun time.

Should Have Gone With The Intel 7
I thought the intel 5 would be fast enough. It’s a bit slower than my old computer that I replaced it with. I love the big screen and HD picture. I should have gone with the intel 7 but the cost was way too high. Could have gotten a Lenovo big screen lap top with intel 7 for the same price.

Hello and thank you for your question. Though we do not make a specific screen protector for this all-in-one desktop model, there may be some third-party/aftermarket screen protectors available. However, adding such a screen protection layer might affect the touch sensitivity/accuracy of the screen.

I bought an "open box" HP computer from Best Buy. The box had a mouse, keyboard, and all-in-one computer. However, the 19.6 V Power Supply was missing, and the Dongle for the wireless keyboard and mouse. Please let me know where I can get these?

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, HP Pavilion All-in-One PCs do not come with built-in DVD drives at this time. The best solution would be to get an external drive. Most PCs are eliminating the DVD drive.

What is to be used for cleaning the monitor screen?

Thank you for your question! Typically a lint-free cleaning cloth is recommended to clean this display screen. If the screen has a particularly hard to get off stain and liquid is necessary, spray the liquid on the cleaning cloth and clean it that way. Do not spray the liquid directly on the screen.
