Also, the white characters on the black keyboard keyboard are hard to read. Also, I had a hard time verifying my warranty. I got it resolved.

Before they send you to a tech, you have to agree to a year’s subscription for service insurance or a one time payment. After you’re connected to a tech good luck. The Home and Student, and Home and Business are both the one-time purchase options. Office 365 is the recommended version as you get any updates that Microsoft releases, cloud storage, the ability to easy transfer your data, and you can still download the offline versions of the Office apps.
