Great value
The laptop I configured came exactly as I ordered. I chose a lighted keyboard, a 17 inch touch screen and extra memory. It took awhile to set up as expected and runs well for my needs. It's much faster than my old laptop.
My only concerns are that the keyboard seems to be a little extra sensitive and when I put the computer to sleep, sometimes it takes longer than I expect or my other computer takes. Overall, I am happy with the laptop and I think I made a great choice The base price was good, and even with the extras I added the price was reasonable. I recommend this laptop.

Know what you’re buying first
It was a great price. I thought it would be fast but not really. It came with a lot of junk on it. I had to hire someone to clean it up. It seems to work fine now.

Changes in order process for your agents
The delivery of the laptop was okay very slow but I waited. The materials I bought with my package was not sufficient to transfer data as I was told so I had to order more materials to transfer data . I did calm and ask why it wasn’t included in my package and they would be glad to stand it to me more costs. I order same materials on Amazon much cheaper than was quoted on the phone . Novice at ordering computer online and was told that was all I needed. Just disappointed! I do have a weird cliche on my screen . I’m attaching a video!

Get the right additions when you build it
The laptop is a basic laptop but it's still missing a few items that I guess should have been included on my part in the build. USB ports Ethernet port, and a few other items, this was bought t support a program

Is it good with gaming

I have a 2017 17in hp that crashed, and have removed the hard drive from it. Can I transfer my old information from it to this laptop without to much hassle?
Thanks for your question! Data transfers are not that difficult with the right equipment. A hard drive encasement is recommended to do this process. You can plug the encasement into your new PC via an included USB cable while plugging your hard drive into the encasement itself. HP does not have Encasements available but they can be found at many of our retail partners.
