Rated 1 out of 5 by Steve in NH from Nice-looking but the cooling is not well designed Nice-looking computer and the size and weight are good. Screen looks good and the sound is strong. Unfortunately, the cooling is not well designed. Sometimes it overheats and shutsdown in the middle of what I'm doing. This has happened on a flat table with no obstructions to the cooling. Would not recommend.

However, this laptop freezes quite frequently and it is annoying. I should have purchased a tablet instead of a laptop. Shipping was very long since I wanted a blue and backlit screen. The blue color is disappointing. It looks grey. Unfortunately I cannot return because I am a few days over the return policy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Cate H from Returned item I returned this item because the color was incorrect, I ordered the blue one what I recieved appeared grey. wasn't a fan of the keyboard layout all though I've used laptops and typically have no problem with HP products I was using a different laptop and gotten used to not typing with a numerical pad. Returned and went with a different brand laptop. The laptop in itself was easy to set up and use. Just returned because I was unsatisfied.

The only con that I have is that the mouse pad sticks just a tiny bit, making it difficult to highlight one particular word vs a paragraph. Nevertheless, I love my HP device!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Loile from Never arrived - a fedex problem became an HP problem and customer service failed. Never received due to being stuck with FedEx for weeks. When I contacted HP, I was transferred 3 times and hung up and twice. Called again and the CSR did the thing where you pretend you can’t hear and hung up - I was a CSR, so familiar with that trick. Your employees must hate something about how it’s run - people do that when the call ctr is a nightmare. Only got a response when I filed a dispute with my credit card. 6 weeks later and I don’t know if it’s resolved. Could be the best laptop in the world, but I’m never buying an HP product again.

I want a new laptop for the purpose of home use  online shopping and bill paying and the use of quickbooks 2018 installed can that be done on this laptop?

However, it is recommended to visit the QuickBooks website to see if the 2018 version is compatible with Windows 11.
