Perhaps they have a safe space with crayons and milk and cookies so they can get away from the offensive words which are not just words but are actual "violence." Well, they are stupid enough to send me a link to review without actually having shipped my tower....two months later.

No front lights other than Power, so can’t tell if internal storage is being accessed (like during image backup). Advertises internal PCIe expansion ports, but no way to find out what’s available on my unit. No tech info available on any of the individual front or back USB ports, or identified on the ports. Other than ads, there seems to be no tech info available for this unit on any of the HP web sites.

The only option/ solution was for hp to do a factory reset that would erase all of my data that I just paid $75 for software to transfer from my old to my new that took about 8 hours. I have sent an email almost everyday for help without getting any "real help". I finally received a email response from a tech support person giving me a contact # and a tech ID # but I called for days for my call to be cut off.

However, it was a change that I really felt was necessary to support my increased usage of my computer. There were many changes as I made this transition that I did not consider. You never think about all the devices like speakers, cameras and other accessories that you take for granted after many years of using a laptop.

Anyone else having an issue with WIFI being unstable? My new system is intermittently dropping the connection. Have spent hours with HP support and looking at 2-3 days to get a repair box to repair then 8-10 days to repair then return to me. Not cool!

Hello, Yes, I just had an intermittent wifi issue with an HP Envy myself. Seemed to develop after a few hours of activity. I have three HP envy's and two ISPs with separate routers and after a week of trial and error including changing browsers and ISP/router configuration I could not get it resolved and returned the machine. Wasted hours and hours of time trouble shooting this. The MS TroubleShooter utility in Windows would sometimes identify a problem and at other times would find nothing. Sometimes the available signals could be seen and not connected to and at other times no signal was shown as being available.
