It does not print without restarting it
I bought this printer because my old one wouldnt print without restarting it. I have the same problem with this one. I am very frustrated and disppointed. Ibused to love hp products but i will be trying another brand when i save up enough to buy another printer. And its not the device i am using either because it has the same issue with other devices including hp ones.

I am disappointed with the HP Envy 6455e All-in-One printer. The paper tray is small, and the print is lighter (looks washed out). I had problems getting the printer setup. I called tech support and was told I did not have coverage I needed to obtain help to install. Apparently, making the purchase direct from HP, and buying the extended warranty does not cover help to install. Over the years I have purchased several HP computers and printers, and HP was always helpful. It seems their business plan as to customer service has changed.

I bought 3 hp printers on the last year. Two were supposed to print borderless, but none of them did. Finally a hp consultant clued me in to the fact that I needed to have windows to do it. So thankful for his knowledge. I love my hp products and didn’t want to change brands.

Keep you old HPEnvy 5660 printer!
I found that I hated this printer. The on/off button is in the back and inconvenient to find. It doesn't automatically put out the paper catching "shelf". You have to remember to rotate it out yourself. The messages are hard to interpret. It sent it back.

Network Dependent Pain
Having this thing HAVE to get set up with an app, and HAVE to be connected to a network is a real pain for no gain. Further, if you want to use this compact machine as a portable printer (as I do) you have to go through the whole setup routine again on the new network. Printer itself is what you would expect. Decent speed. Good print quality.

I've always had a HP printer and this is a replacement for the HP printer I had several years. I wouldn't say that I print a lot each month but when I do I can depend on my printer for great results. Set up was very easy and only took a few minutes. I am very happy with my purchase.

Nice, BUT
This printer does all It says it does, only very slowly. It sits there and will make all kind of noises. I do not know what one of them is,but it is like a clicking sound somewhat like a gear missing some teeth.
If it was not so slow and makes weird noises it would be a great printer.
