Still waiting!
I have been an HP fan for many years, until now. When my printer finally arrived the black ink was defective. I’ve been waiting weeks to set it up so I can finish my taxes. I’ve had to copy several items using the color ink so now it’s running out. I’m at the point of simply returning it to HP for a refund and will if I don’t get help soon.

Great for at home office

Great printer
I bought my printer a couple three weeks ago and really like it. I use it for personal usage. I would highly recommended this printer to others. I thought I was suppose to get information on the automatic ink cartridges with a pre-paid card? I never received any information. This was one of the major features as why I chose this printer. Please advice, thank you

Easy to Use
I bought this HP ENVY Printer a couple weeks ago. Set Up was a little confusing, but able to push through and got it up and running within an hour.
Love the wireless function from PC or Cell Phone. Also great quality printing.
Only complaint is the ink cartridges don't hold a lot of ink. And the 3 color inks are in one cartridge. Will try the XL cartridges and hope they last longer.
Overall, I'm a happy camper.

NICE PRINTER
I had a little trouble getting my computer to work with it , but the trouble shooter on the HP computer helped me get it to hookup . And so far I like this printer better than my Canon pixma MP 450 .

Fast clear printing, yet set up challenges
My new printer is expedient and creates a clear/concise print job. Unfortunately, set up has been challenging in terms of two-sided printing and scanning (I don't want HP to have every document I scan). Have found their chat feature without a human being to be unhelpful.

Take the term ‘WiFi printer’ with a grain of salt
I bought this about a month ago to replace our antiquated printer. With the COVID outbreak we were printing a lot more than we normally do so it seemed time to upgrade given the amount of homework we’d be sure to print. The printing is fine... looks like a less expensive inkjet printer. What prevents this from getting an average rating from me is its connectivity. If we turn it off and turn it back on it prints wirelessly. Then the next day it’s impossible. All of our devices say they can’t find it and it never works. Turn it off and on, works. To me, it defeats the reason we replaced our old USB printer if we still have to go stand next to this one to cycle power in order for it to work. For such a wonderful idea, there doesn’t seem to be any thoughtfulness in its application. WiFi would be nice.

Excllent product and experience
I bought this printer in the middle of COVID-19 crisis, I needed one urgently as I was not in the office anylonger. I was surprised, to begin with ordering was super easy and product arrived very quickly, then, I was not expecting too much quality for the price I paid, and wow, the printer and scanning works great, the app makes it all so easy to use, I can print and scan from my phone, all in few minutes and most important part, set up was very easy, anyone can do it, instructions are very clear. I am very happy, would definately recommend it. Great experience overall!

Great Sleek Printer
I bought this a few weeks ago and am happy I chose this model. At such an affordable price, it is also super high quality. I have been using it for school to print notes, PowerPoints, and study material. I print often and love how quickly it spools over to start. It doesn't have an annoying delay that other printers often have. I hit print, and within a second, it starts printing. The scanner works well too. It has a sleek design and seems well made. The setup process was easy and overall design is super user friendly.

Can't find anywhere which will tell me how to scan images, Printer requests I go to 123HP. It sends me to a go daddy site which doesn't help

my printer states that it is connected, but word tells me it is offline when I try to print.

Is a replacement piece available for the little arm that flips down on the output tray? one of my grandchildren snapped it off.
