Pill to install
Printer may be fine still trying to install and get past ink sign up pages. It has not been 5 min and done. Which is irritating to me. It does have a sleek look and HP has always been good in the past!

Best printer I bought!
This is the best printer I have bought so far! It works really great and prints quickly and more importantly, it doesn’t make a loud noise when printing. I have been using it to scan and it scans really well and very clearly. It prints color and black really nice. It is small and Convenient to fit every room or office. I like it!

Good value for low to moderate use
Purchased to print out home learning materials. Easy set up, classic HP quality but as the base model you pay for what you get. I think this is a fine home printer. We've run 500 pages thru it and it's performing well. I'm happy with the color and the scanner is useful.
I do like it's wifi capabilities, it is an easy set up and allows cloud printing from your phone or outside the house via either google or HP's own system. If this is a robust home office printing 500 sheets a week spend more.

It's saving my life, for real!
I am a teacher teaching from home, which is a nightmare and involves millions of copies, as we must make "packets" of work for our students.
I ordered my Envy w/ Instant Ink, and this process went from terrible to tolerable. I could not be happier when I hear my wireless Envy working upstairs while I am working downstairs at the kitchen table.
It's been a breeze making the switch. Thank you and thank God!

Really great printer for school. I’m in college and since everything is online now #corona I need to print a LOT of stuff. The only drawback would be the noise. It’s pretty loud. But I don’t care about that. That’s too nit picky. Love it!

Cannot use
I bought this about 2 weeks ago and cannot use it for anything except a copier . None of my computer , I pad are compatible with this copier , called in for help their said they could make it work for 100.00 dollars , no thank you ,my I pad was to old and computer but they both work fine. Don't want to spend a fortune on new equipment . Guess I'll just make copies !!!!!

Can't find anywhere which will tell me how to scan images, Printer requests I go to 123HP. It sends me to a go daddy site which doesn't help

Hello Dave and thank you for your question! The HP Envy 5055 will not have a USB drive or SD card input. The HP Envy 7155 and 7855 will feature this, however.

my printer states that it is connected, but word tells me it is offline when I try to print.

Is a replacement piece available for the little arm that flips down on the output tray? one of my grandchildren snapped it off.
