Louis DeJoy better not screw up the USPS!
It automatically keeps track of my printers ink levels along with my average ink usage, it's like having my own assistant - at least for the ink...lol :)

Compatibility of Printer
I find this printer very easy to set up and it meets my needs for printing projects I use it for. One drawback is having the arm extended all the time so the paper rests on it after printing. With the arm out all the time, I am afraid I will bump in to it and bend it or break it off.

Can sublimation ink and paper be used with this printer?
Thank you for your question! The HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer will be compatible with the HP 65 ink only. This will be compatible with most heat transfer paper that is made for inkjet printers. The recommended paper weight for this HP Envy is 20lb.

The HP Envy 5055 is compatible with legal-size single-sided printing. This will not be compatible with legal-size scanning, a printer with a document feeder is needed for that.

Thank you for your question! This HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer (m2u85a) uses a standard USB 2.0 A/B printer cable to connect the printer to a PC. The USB-B end plugs into the printer on the back, the USB-A plugs into the PC.

Can this printer use 65lbs or 80lbs paper sized at 8.5in x 11in? I ask since the recommended HP photo paper is 80lbs but the specs seem to say it's 20lbs for 8.5x11 paper sheets and 65lbs for photopaper but only sized at 10cm x 15cm.
Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer can handle the following media weights A4: 60 to 90 g/m²; HP envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP cards: up to 200 g/m²; HP 10 x 15 cm photo paper: up to 300 g/m².
While the printer is rated for specific media weights, it should still be able to handle 65 lbs (approximately 176 g/m²) and 80 lbs (approximately 215 g/m²) paper in the 8.5 x 11 in size.

I only get about 20pages black and white per ink cartridge. It says it should print approximately 120 pages per ink cartridge. I use genuine HP 65 ink cartridges and Avery printer paper.
