Rated 1 out of 5 by Krewe from Not for personal use. It gets great reviews on Chrome unboxed and other YouTube websites. As it should for the price. What they failed to mention is it's a business accounts only laptop. I didn't know when it said Enterprise that's what that meant. Also trusted that since it was being so highly recommended, and that wasn't being mentioned,there were ways around it. That was until I called customer service and technical support at HP and they told me no, just send it back and we'll give you a refund. We will recommend replacements. What a freaking waste of time. Still waiting on my over $1,000 refund for a Chromebook to purchase something else from someone else.

Had to send the computer back to have it wiped and rebuilt as soon as I got it. Still waiting to get it back. Sales fail.

Why is the custom build SKU over twice the price of the ready ship with a 6 month build date and yet has primarily the same specs as the ready to ship? Asking because the custom is the only SKU that shows WWAN options.

Do I need a Google Admin account/organization account to use the enterprise model of this computer? I just want these exact specs as a personal computer. The customizable option is almost twice as expensive, so that's not an option :(

This HP Elite Dragonfly 13.5 inch Chromebook Enterprise comes with Chrome OS installed. This can be used as a personal computer with Chrome OS. This will come with a Chrome Enterprise Upgrade. If you want to use this Chromebook as a personal computer do not install the Chrome Enterprise Upgrade. The custom SKU shows the availability of a WWAN option (4G/5G) but this isn’t on the ready ship units. Can any of the SKUs be field upgraded to 5G?  Assuming there are not antennas in the screen.

Many YouTube reviews show this as a touchscreen with pen. Prior questions to this point have said that this model is not that. What model is HP seeding to reviewers that has a pen and touchscreen?
