Great buy- Great and responsive touch monitor
The monitor works as indicated. The only thing that was not mentioned was to use with my computer I had to use both HDMI and Video cables. Once I used them, the monitor worked perfectly. The touch is responsive.

Solid Business Display With A Great Stand
Solid monitor (literally.. I mean it's kind of heavy for a 24", lol) but snapping the monitor into the stand head is a little difficult and awkward. Price is also a tad high for a Full HD (FHD, a.k.a. 1080P) IPS 8-bit non-HDR monitor in 2024 -- just realize a chunk of that extra cost goes into the stand that allows for every kind of tilt, rotation, vertical up/down, even rotating into portrait mode for those processing a lot of documents, etc. There's also two USB 3.0 Type A ports in the back and comes with all every sort of cable: power, VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB 3.0 Type A (plug into PC or dock) to Type B (plug into monitor to bring those two USB Type A ports alive).
Lastly, know that there are several variations of the E24 G5, such as ones that are 1920x1200 (E24i), have USB-C (E24u), are touchscreens (E24t), are QHD (2560x1440) (E24q), and more. Some of these variations are available in other sizes, e.g. the E22 models that are 22", though the E24 line has the most variations. The Z models are the top-end ones and Pro sits below Elite.

What pc or docking station or laptop do I need to be able to use two dual monitors of this version monitor ?
The monitor will not determine if a dual monitor setup can be used. A source PC with multiple video outputs such as a PC with a high-end GPU, or a Thunderbolt-compatible laptop with a Dock would be recommended, however. A laptop with a USB-C port that has DisplayPort and PowerDelivery capabilities is recommended as well.

Refer to Power Output in product QuickSpecs for exact specifications, PC must be compatible with the display's power output. The HP Envy Desktops do not have a USB-C port that meets this requirement.

Can you plug in a device using HDMI like an Xbox or Playstation?
You could use it for display with the HDMI with either Xbox or PlayStation consoles that have HDMI output. You would not have access to all of the features of either console but would have the ability to run them at 1080p 60fps.

I have been told by an HP representative at 4:36pm today that the HP E24d G4 FHD USB-C Docking monitor has a camera. However, when I called HP Smart Friend and asked why I couldn't have one of my student's lesson online, I was told I had no microphone.

I can not get the camera to work. I have been told that it is not compatible with Windows 11 only windows 10. That windows 11 doesn't have the correct drivers for this camera. Is that correct?

The only thing it says in the user guide shows that the drivers have to be updated while the camera is up and open in order to get the drivers for it working and that says for Windows. You may want to contact HP Support https://support.hp.com/us-en to see if they have a work around for the issue you are running into.
