Dragonfly Pro Ceramic White
Christmas present to my wife. Solidly built and very good looking machine. The AMD 7 processor runs cool and smooth. Display is vibrant and responsive. Battery life is great and charges quick with 96w charger. Overall solid purchase. Would buy again. Recommend to anyone looking for a great all around performing laptop. Nice job HP!

Super sturdy, fast, and slick!
We were so happy to receive this new HP laptop fo our family to use! The laptop itself is big enough, it has a great size screen and large letters on the keyboard (which you can lit) and I like a lot. It is easier for the kids to type with their small hands. It feels (and is) also very sturdy, which is a plus. The charger is great, although I wish the cable was longer by about a foot. It looks modern and the black color with the silver logo makes it look super cool. I was also amazed at the antislip system, it works very well. One thing I am not a fan of, is that the opening slit isn’t large enough so it’s a little hard to open. The camera is great, and this HP laptop is powerful enough to power games without heating too much (it is also super fast). One thing about the camera: It can also detect who used the laptop to unlock it. It is a great feature, but it takes around 3-4 seconds to detect you, feels long compared to what we are used to with phones. Also, one thing you need to get used to is the mouse pad… Doesn’t feel as smooth as what you can get in a Mac laptop for example.
What I also like a lot is the wifi speed. We have gigabit internet and we get wifi speeds with this laptop of up to 650mb/s (up and down). Impressive.
After a few uses though, we already got a virus, but really nothing due to this laptop… Windows is at it again! Haha!
Great laptop, looks super slick… Overall great buy and you will not regret it!

Best laptop for personal use!
My teenage daughter LOVES her HP Dragonfly Pro laptop. She had an HP Envy before and unfortunately the screen broke, but this laptop seems well made and much sturdier. She's able to play all of her games and hasn't complained once that it's slow. Definitely a good buy!

The HP Dragonfly Pro is a sturdy laptop with a quality build. The screen is fantastic, clear, sharp, crisp picture quality with excellent resolution and the screen size is perfect.The start up speed is great, with the overall machine speed being very impressive. Having 1 TB of storage means there is plenty of space with no need to worry about running out. The sound is pretty incredible, thanks to Bang & Olufsen. Overall I am very impressed with the HP Dragonfly Pro laptop and would recommend it.

Love this laptop!!!!!
I had been nursing an old laptop along (as in 12 years old) for home use, and occasionally using my work issued laptop for more computing intensive applications. I had assumed my work laptop was so good because you know - it was a fancy schmancy engineering computer and that I would need to make a huuuggee investment to get anything near its speed and computing power. I was wrong!
My HP Dragonfly is fabulous! First - the laptop case is sleek and minimalist. It is very lightweight! The screen is sharp, colorful and precise, and I love that it is touchscreen! So easy to use!!
And fast! Using the basic appls like Word , Excel etcs is easy peasy and super fast. The hard drive is huge and where that comes in to play is saving photos, videos and music. I don't have to save stuff on the cloud which is good because I don;t always have access to wifi.
I don't game, but I do use graphics and 3D CAD programs which are very calculation intensive and I had no lags in computing or glitches in the display.
Browsing the web is easy and quick! And the battery life is great.
The camera is great! accurate rendering that is good for zoom meetings. The speakers are great providing realistic voices and high quality music.
TBH it took me a little bit to get used to not using a mouse for everything, but once I did this laptop was so much easier to use than others I have used. Highly recommend.

I recently bought my first Windows computer and I bought the dragonfly pro 14 inch laptop. Until recently, I had only used Apple products, so this is a new learning experience for me, but I’m finding it very straightforward.
This is a very sleek, slim line lightweight computer, making it super easy to carry around. It has a touch screen which I love. It has a five MP camera and it has quad speakers. The sound is very clear and music sounds great. This is a nice computer for conference calls too.
I was able to connect to my air printer, which was fantastic because in the past I have had problems connecting.
The battery life is really good and I can work on my computer all day and still have charge .
The webcam is nice and great quality, HP has a 24/7 customer service, I haven’t had to use it yet but nice to know it is available.
The keyboard has large keys and comfortable to use with large letter keys and they can be backlit, however the backlight turns off so quickly and it’s a little annoying. I haven’t had time to troubleshoot it yet but have read that the solution is to go to BIOS and adjust the keyboard timeout.
It’s a fast computer, and is very portable because it’s so lightweight and slim.

How do I use Qualcomm WiFi 6E that comes with this computer?
The Qualcomm® Wi-Fi 6E WCN685x (2x2) is a normal WiFi card that is used exactly like any other WiFi card used in Windows 11. This is a WiFi card only and not for cell phone wireless signals.

Can you get this computer with Microsoft pro?
While it is capable of running Windows 11 Pro, you cannot get it pre-installed. You can get it from the Windows store on the device itself and use that to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.

Trying to find out if this laptop can play 8k videos. As well as whether or not it can accomplish 8k video editing
The highest resolution supported by the processor in this unit is 3840x2160 at 60Hz and would not support 8K. This model only has a 1920x1200 resolution screen. If you did try to watch an 8K video, it would be a scaled video and the same would happen if you were to watch it using an external screen that had Thunderbolt 3 1.4 DisplayPort support. While this does not prevent you from editing 8K video, you would not have a way to watch that video in 8K with this unit to ensure quality.
