Wrong color sent & weaker battery life than advertised, but still good
The device came in black rather than the silver shown in the photo. Otherwise all good, though battery life through two cycles is just 8 hours rather than the advertised "up to 12 hours".
For the price, still a decent purchase.

Fantastic
I will never again buy another Chromebook from Amazon or Walmart as I will be going directly through the HP website and creating my own. There is nothing like it, you can pick everything and truly have a Chromebook that meets all of your personalized needs. There was a quick turn around time and shipping was great, I had to sign for it, which I appreciated.

I am not disappointed with the product, but i am not happy about how long it took to ship to me. The add said 5 to 7 working days. I ordered it on October 20th. It came on December 15th. Very frustrating, as it is a Christmas gift. I was thinking i was going to have to go buy one at a local shop.

Replacement Chromebook
I ordered this Chromebook to replace my previous HP tablet-style Chromebook which would cease to recognize the physical keyboard at times. My favorite feature of this new Chromebook is that, connected to my HP docking station, it will support two external monitors, which my previous unit would not. This has given me a great deal more versatility. I can view/use my browser and email at the same time. Major improvement. I use it mainly for email and web access along with some word processing.and various other apps. So far so good!

Do this laptop flip into table mode

If you're looking for a HP Chromebook that can flip into tablet mode, I recommend considering the HP Chromebook Plus x360 or HP Chromebook x360. It has a 360-degree hinge that allows it to be used in multiple modes, including tablet mode.
