Junk. Came to me. I set it up. It updated and was a brick. Called for help. No help given. Returned for refund. HP technical team which I paid for still has not called to respond for the help ticket. I will never buy another HP

Good All in One Computer
This is a good all in one computer that seems to work well. The stand could be more sturdy. At first, it wobbled quite a bit until we got the stand to properly click into the stand. It was a bit tricky, but it is OK now.

Quit after 2 1/2 days. Poor customer care after
Quit working after 2 1/2 days. Literally spent hours on hold waiting for warranty dept to help. They were very poor. Did not help. So returned computer. Customer care was so poor.

DEAD AFTER A MONTH!
Very disappointed with this computer. While it boots quickly and the display is excellent, it tends to be glitchy, slow to load apps and change pages, and now the screen has frozen so badly that neither the keyboard nor the mouse can communicate with the computer, making it impossible to try any of the recommended fixes. It’s essentially DEAD after less than one month of service v

When delivered, it was expertly packed, no damage and unlikely it could be damaged even if it was dropped. Setup was easy, well documented. After connecting to the internet, it automatically replaced my files from one drive and got me back up and running in no time. I had to reinstall my programs of course, but that was pretty easy too. Also, if you run into an issue, you have AI to consult which is a Hugh help. Also, HP provides a help desk will lots of diagnostics t help out.
Love the 27 inch screen. It is nice and bright. Plenty of room for multiple open files. With a 2 TB SSD hard drive it is also blazingly fast. I am very happy with this computer.

I special ordered this computer as it will hopefully be the last computer I purchase. I am 88 years old and am on 5 committees of a national club I belong to and am chairperson for 4 of them. So, I am pretty much on my computer all day. This one is a dream to use, very fast and the screen is large enough for me to see everything. As for my decision to purchase an HP, I have bought only HP computers and printers since about 2000. Would not ever consider another brand.
