So if you print every single day, I would recommend you buy multiple packs. HP has great customer service. I had bought this pack in combination with the multicolor pack. One of the packs got lost in shipments, and HP replaced the lost pack free of cost. I do recommend ordering from HP rather than from amazon, because you know it's direct from the manufacturer

The process was very simple and should not have been an issue. I kept putting cartridges in, and out, only to get message cartridge was defective. I put the depleted cartridges in a couple of times to verify correct placement. Finally worked.

I will no longer order ink on line from HP. I will drive to Annapolis and pick up at Staples or Best Buys. The convenience was in the free next day delivery. That is no longer true so there is no benefit in ordering on line . The prices are the same if I pick it up or order online. I would recommend the ink but not the delivery system.
