Can I use this 952XL to replace the 952 Standard cartridge? Or do I need any adapter to use this XL cartridge.

Thank you for your question. HP 952XL will work with your current printer. The XL refers to the yield of the ink. Not the size of the cartridge.

Does this ink work for HP OFFICEJET PRO 8600 PLUS
