I did not register for it and purchased my own cartridges separately. Was out of town for 2 days, the months expired, while I was gone, the message on my printer was ther was a problem with my account and the printer would not work. I spent hours talking to customer support who could not get it working. I want a new printer or refund. I have a 3 yr extende warranty but lord knows if I'll ever be able to figure out how to use it. HP has gone down in service, no personalization and only a phone call to another country with someone you can't understand.

    Does this ink work for Officejet Pro 8600

    Thank you for your question OfficeJet Pro 8600. The HP 936 ink will not work with the 8600 printer. That unit uses the 950 black and 951 color options. You can also use the 950XL black and 951XL color options.
