Had to install to print
I prefer the quality of the HP product. Also, needed the cartridge in order to print, even when printing black & white. Thankfully, this time the logistics improved and it did not take long to receive the ink cartridges ordered- that has not been the case in the past.

Good products
Good products but way too expensive for cartridges. Makes the entire printer disposable. Lets not fill our landfills with printers because buying a new printer is cheaper than the ink to put in it. Please lower ink cartridge prices.

The ink I ordered is not working in my printer.
The printer just says the cartridge is empty with all three colors. I have tried everything
I know. Is there something new I should know to get the colors in my printer to work.

Very confused
I bought the color cartridges again against my will. I do not use color at all. It was a test because I felt the ink ran out frequently and I hadn't used it. My huge problem is that when it says the machine is out of a color, the printer will not print anything whether it be black only or not. I think this is stealing from me.

I received the cartridges quickly . I only needed one but while ordering, got all that my printer uses which i'll need before long. As I have another HP printer, been using it in the meantime and haven't installed the cartridge in the other yet. Probably within the next week or so.

ink problems
I finally installed these new cartridges and now my printer display shows that there is either a problem with the printer or the ink system. I have been able to use the printer as a scanner with no problems. Since I can't use these cartridges can I return them. I haven't heard from via Walmart.

Did not solve my problem
Printer gave a message of an ink cartridge failure, with a solution to replace all the cartridges. But, when I purchased and installed the new cartridges, the problem was not resolved. This purchase was a waste of my money and time. Now, I’ll probably need to look at purchasing another printer, and it probably will not be an HP.

Barely any ink
We installed all new cartridges in a "new-to-us" printer, the printer aligned itself automatically, and we immediately noticed NONE of the color cartridges were still full. The printer hadn't been used in awhile, so we needed to clean the print head through all 3 levels. Easily, I can estimate that 1/3 of the cartridge was used and it still didn't print correctly. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! We cleaned one more time and now there is almost NO ink in the color cartridges. I'm not sure if the cartridges containing so little ink for the price or the printer is the issue, but to say that we were disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.

Very disappointed with this printer.
I have this printer for some time now, but it’s has been giving me a headache. This ink is quick to finish and the wireless printing is not working effectively. I have been going crazy trying to print out my child’s school work since the lock down and the printer has been a disappointment, I can’t wait to get a better brand that I don’t have to spend so much money on inks, it’s so crazy how the inks run’s out so quickly. When I change one ink the other one will need to be charged too and I am not even that rich and I have to spend $147 plus charge on ink which is not acceptable.

Easy to order. Bad performance.
For years, I've been unhappy with your ink. I read that it should last for 150 pages. I don't print that many pages in several years, but I have to order new ink every several months. It dries up even if I don't use it, and I can't be the only person with this problem.
