When I went to install them the ink leaked our rapidly onto my hands and carpet. Thinking this was a one off ( as carts have never done this before) I opened the second with the same result. Now I have a real mess to clean up. Wrote to HP customer service. Have not heard from them or received any replacement carts. If I had purchased these locally I could have returned them . Do not recommend buying on line from HP

Then it began making a scraping noise when printing. I have (15) other HP printers in my office. I have had good success with ALL of them until now. I would like to return it and get another BETTER machine.

I put the cartridge in my printer and have been using it. I then got a request to my personal email to review the ink. Therefore, HP is tracking my printer use to my email even when I have not given any consent to do so. Are you tracking WHAT I print as well as the ink I use? You are violating my privacy.

I purchased the 910 cyan ink cartridge that it needs, installed it properly and it still didn't work. I thought it was the ink cartridge, so I purchased another brand new one and that still didn't fix it. I spent hours online troubleshooting with their tech bot and repeatedly trying to call them with zero luck or answers. Either being transferred to the wrong department that couldn't help or being hung up on. My printer is still under warranty, but no one I spoke to would give me a case number. I heard HP support was bad but this is next level bad. I'm stuck with a printer that wont print cyan which makes it useless for color printing. Completely unsatisfied
