I tried for hours and days to get a hold of someone to get a replacement cartridge. Finally I had to buy one if I wanted to print. Talking to a virtual thing is like talking to a wall, they dont comprehend or are not able to help. For this reason I would never buy another hp printer.. Also they are not user friendly, I still cant figure out how to enlarge my printing. And when asked for the serial number, I could not read it with a magnifiying glass. Could you possibly hide it better and make the numbers smaller? I still have not heard from anyone. I hope my calls were recorded but it doesnt seem to make a difference.

And to make matters worse, I cannot use other brand cartridges, only HP so I run the risk of getting worthless cartridges every time. And even returning them there is no guarantee that their replacements won't be as bad, this is not the first time this has happened. I am currently shopping for ma new printer from another brand.

This cartridge is too large to fit into the printer. How do I find a black 910XL cartridge that is thinner to fit next to the three colored cartridges?

If you have the OfficeJet 8015e, OfficeJet Pro 8025e, OfficeJet Pro 8034e, or OfficeJet Pro 8035e, this is the only 910XL Black. If you are having trouble with it fitting in one of those models, you will want to contact HP Support about the cartridge.
