You should be able to hit the scan button on the printer and have it just work, not have to download an app, sign into an account, then manage the printer from there. Ridiculous. It's a printer. This cartridge is too large to fit into the printer. How do I find a black 910XL cartridge that is thinner to fit next to the three colored cartridges?

If you have the OfficeJet 8015e, OfficeJet Pro 8025e, OfficeJet Pro 8034e, or OfficeJet Pro 8035e, this is the only 910XL Black. If you are having trouble with it fitting in one of those models, you will want to contact HP Support about the cartridge.
