Actually , I thought that I bought authentic HP ink cartridges, but after the software update was installed, I had to buy over $100 of new ink cartridges. I will never vuy another HP product again.

I wrote to HP and even sent photos and have heard nothing back from them since then. Beware! The package was large and had no packing in it so when delivery people started throwing it around and piling other heavier boxes on top, the inevitable happened. The taping to secure the box was open allowing me to put my hand inside. Package was crushed in several places and a couple of the cartridge boxes were also crushed....
