Damaged ink cartridges.
Something is wrong with one of the cartridges I recently had received. Getting this message.
One of more cartridges are missing or damaged.
Until cartridges are replaced make sure the printer is on to avoid damage to the printer.
Don't know for sure which cartridge it is but I suspect it is the red one.

The ink from HP is delivered quickly. Only issue is how often we have to order it as it is expensive. The bad ink that was in the stores had issues that really messed up our printer and printing but the last two orders directly from HP seem to have solved the issues we had

HP Printer problem !!!
I would love to rate your ink but unfortunately my HP color printer will no longer print in color. I spent over 4 hours on line with one of the representives shown on the HP website to fix this problem and he could not fix it. So now I either have to take the printer/scanner to a store to be repaired or buy a new one. Not good!

still can't print
new printer worked fine until ink that came with printer used up. instal new in purchases same time as printer & defective cartridge came up. HP told me to ship printer and ink to them. After several phone calls and 2 months later still no printer or ink replacement
