High Yield Cyan Original Ink Cartridge
Purchased the cartridge at the end of December. Arrived a week ago. Replace the used up cartridge. Indicated that cartridge installed correctly. Has not worked. Tried aligning the cartridges and cleaning the cartridge heads. Test page red block and yellow square look okay but cyan block is an orange color. First time I have had a problem with the cartridges. Would like a contact from customer service.

Need 02 for my printer and can not get. Unhappy!
Bought the wrong cartridges for my Photosmart C-6180 multi-purpose printer - can't get the correct ones. Love the machine but now find I can't get refills for it. Very unhappy about this. Being abandoned by H. P.

Not Genuine HP Cartridge
I received a cartridge and installed it. But the printer will not print - because it thinks the HP 902 CYAN ink cartridge I installed is NOT a genuine HP cartridge. VERY frustrating. I had the same thing happen when I purchased a set of three HP 902 color ink cartridges from another . The CYAN cartridge generates an error message that the "installed cartridge is not a genuine HP cartridge. I thought ordering directly from HP would resolve the problem. Not so. And I can find no way to return these cartridges - which are not cheap. I can still print in Black & White - but Christmas letters in color - NO!

Worst HP cartridges I have ever purchased
These cartridges are the worst I have ever gotten. Yes I aligned my printer and cleaned the heads twice all three stages and still it is printing with lines. For such an expensive cartridge it sure doesn't work great. Maybe the quality of what I print for my daycare and my daycare families is not important to you but it is to me.

Printhead errors
it is a good printer, EXCEPT, I had the same one last time and it came up with a printhead error. It could not be corrected and had to be replaced. I have now had this one for several months and it is now coming up with a printhead error!!!! Not sure I can correct it but will go through the maintenance procedures.....referring to the printer HP Officejet pro 6978

Faulty Ink Cartridge
So disappointed to have received this cartridge which appears to be full, but will not print in my printer. This ink is nearly impossible to find in stores after the recall, would have liked to have been able to use it.

Cyan Won’t Print
I’ve tried all virtual options. None helps get cyan cartridge to work on my HP OfficePro 6975 printer to print cyan. I’ve searched high and low on HP help to find an answer If this is read by a live HP agent, please contact me so I can restore my faith in HP products. As of now, I’m strongly considering purchasing another brand.

Cyan still not printing
I have tried 3 new cyan cartridges and none will work/print. Whatever problems there were with blue ink seemed to have rendered my printer unable to print blue/cyan at all.

Cartridge problems
This is the 2nd try at replacing the cartridge. The first one did not work, and neither did the 2cd. I also initially had trouble with yellow and black cartridge, but they finally worked. I suspect it is a printer problem rather than a cartridge. One other problem I wish to mention, is the 902 cartridges themselves, they are terrible to open. I usually have to use a pair of pliers to break off the orange ink cover. Because of these problems, I will not purchase another HP printer, ever.
