Damaged Goods
Terrible. The package was damaged in transit - boxes were bent and smashed. The cartridges looked okay, but did not print well. There are streaks of yellow on anything in color now.

Cartridge performs as expected.
I bought the yellow 902 cartridge directly from HP instead of a store. For a change, the cartridge was 100% full and performed as expected. I'll just get my ink directly from HP from now on.

Product is great...I am seriously disappointed with HP because I can’t get ANY 902 cyan ink. I am basically out and guess my printer will self destruct because I am only supposed to use original HP ink.. I am printing 99.9% black but my colors still disappear....maybe someone can explain that?

Great but unusable for my problem.
I received the ink, however I have to throw away my printer as it isn't working! So I have an unused, unopened ink cartridge that is free to anyone who wants it. This has been a very expensive problem for me. Your service was great, but I won't be using it!

I bought 2 replacement colors. HP had a promo sale so I took advantage of that. It would be nice if I could use alternative ink that is much lower cost, but the HP printers are programmed to "not work" with other - less costly - ink

The ink containers are easy to snap into place
We had a yellow cartridge that the ink had leaked out of the container during shipping and HP replaced it. I am not a fan of the orange plastic cover on the bottom of the cartridge that has to be removed it is hard to remove. Other than that it works great.
