Didn't work!
Item took forever to arrive and once it did I quickly replaced the cartridge only for it to show "low ink" levels..... seriously?! It's brand new just opened so how does this happen?! I have started a refund for this item. I will not be buying from this site again as this experience has put me far behind on a time sensitive projects I was working on.

I haven't used this cartridge yet because we got a whole new printer when HP ran out of blue ink, but I'm sure it will work fine when we do.

Poor Quality 902 ink cartridges.
All 3 failed almost immediately. The cyan cartridge never printed properly even after using the printers maintenance and cleaning features. ended up having to buy 3 new cartridges within one month of starting use. Never did 50 pages much less 2-3 hundred.

About time
I have waited months for HP to finally fix the Cyan ink issue. I still have three that I bought before I heard from Office Depot that a known issue was with Cyan. I wish HP would send me replacements, but when you fill out the information it goes to a screen that says wont load.

Cyan Cartridge was defective
I purchased a pkg of 902 assorted inks. When replacing them all about 1-2 months after purchase, the error message state the Cyan cartridge was defective. Too difficult to speak with a a representative. Ordered a new cyan replacement. I purchased from HP so this type of situation would not occur. I expected better quality that the generic cartridges, which I haven’t ordered in years.
Will return old cartridge in recycle bag for inspection.
