Best Printers
We have other HP products and they all have been reliable and capable of doing our jobs at home. I think the new one will be the same. We have an old 4200/4300 series printer that still works well. Its only problem is it is too old to have its drivers listed and every time Google updates our computer, it drops the printer from our setup. It requires a lot of work to reset it and get it going. Because of this, we purchased the new HP Printer. I hope we get the same type of service with this one as we have had with the other one. We value HP products and will continue using them for a long time.

Ever since I downloaded HP printer app I can only print Windows Word and Excel directly. All other screens such as internet sources requires me to copy it into Word in order to print it or to go to settings+printers +HP app+print document, then finally — “print “. I find this unacceptable and cumbersome. Should I delete the app? What are implications if I do?

My printer refuses to work after I changed ink cartridge and gives me a message that I am using an "old generation of cartridge." I assume the ones you are selling now are all "new generation" cartridge? Just want to make sure what I order will work.

What is the expiration date of the ink cartridges I will buy?
The warranty expiration date would vary from the one-year period since it was manufactured and is not an expiration date. It would not just cease to function after said date, and if the cartridges do not work for any reason, you will want to contact the HP Customer Service to get them replaced.

I want to know how many prints I get from the 3 color pack ink it saids 315 per color do I calculate x3 or it would be a total of 315 copies for all the ink
