Can you just use a black cartridge or do you have to have both black and color for printer to work
Hello. Thanks for your question. You can print in single-cartridge mode if you have an HP printer that uses the HP 65 ink cartridges. That means you can take out the tricolor ink cartridge. The printer will automatically go into single cartridge mode so you can print with the black ink cartridge.
