Horrible company
It was a pain in the butt to order online. When I got to the end of ordering it wouldn't go through. I then called and that was a nightmare. Went back to online and finally was able to order my ink. Which I must buy because if I don't buy HP ink my printer won't work. I thought when I purchased the printer I owned it, however, it won't work unless I purchase HP ink. I will never buy another HP product.

Excellent ink cartridge
Definitely recommend HP64 ink cartridge as it does an excellent job of printing. It costs a lot less on Ebay than at traditional brick and mortar stores so give this dealer a go when shopping.

I noticed I was getting low on my black toner and ordered on the HP site. It arrived promptly and working perfectly. I don't print many things or I would subscribe to the timed delivery service. Ordering too far in advance can backfire as there is a shelf life to these things.

Easy ordering and delivery
Overall it’s convenient ordering on line and simple to install. We get the higher quality ink but it’s very expensive. Cost more then our printer but we always go through HP because all inks are expensive. Wish there was more life to the cartridges as they seem to run low easily.

Same price-Less product!
It’s pathetic how much I paid for these cartridges. Y’all no different than cereal. Same size box with less product in it. I got 12 copies out of my last two cartridges I bought. And I even had my settings on least used ink/economical. Please put a fair worths of amount of ink for the cost in future cartridges please!

Ink cartridges suck
I purchased ink for my HP printer. 4 days after I installed the new cartridge and after only printing 3-4 pages I am getting a “printer is low on ink message”. Had enough of HP printers and am going to buy a new one that is a different brand.

I'm not giving a rating because HP sent the wrong cartridge, I ask for a 65 but the girl insisted I need a 64 and that's what she sent but it is the wrong one it wont work in my Envy 5055.

Could have been happier
I have always been happy with my HP ink cartridges. My last purchase was not my best experience. I had been with InstantInk but did not print enough to make it worthwhile. I let the subscription lapse; then HP put a freeze on my printer and I could not print unless I either restarted the subscription or bought new cartridges. No consideration was given despite my HP history. Locking me out of my own printer was not necessary and a bit of overreach. It did not make me very happy and then the delivery of the new cartridges was not as fast as promised. I still like my HP printer as well as my HP Laptops (I have two), just not happy with the way I was treated by the InstantInk folks.

Why did I get only 20 pages printed with a new HP cartridge before it ran out of ink?
Thank you for your question! As this is a product forum and not a technical support forum, we are unable to determine why an HP cartridge performed the way it performed. The actual yield will vary depending upon the amount of content on the page. Highly "dense" documents may yield fewer pages than the ISO standard, while less dense ones would yield more pages than the standard. Printing that uses primarily one color could cause lower yields for that color, and higher yields for colors not heavily used. The yield you experience will depend upon the content that you print.
