Rated 1 out of 5 by Frustrated and angry from Set up instructions are WRONG Thoroughly frustrated. The website and box say controls must be downloaded - but that info is NOT correct. HP went to Poly Lens w/o updating packaging or support. What a horrible experience!! Also, the fullest of settings must be accessed via poly lens - cannot adjust via Teams. Regret the purchase.

But my new HP 620 FHD video cam is fabulous! I have an HP laptop and connecting them was easy peasy, I am not a techy at all and it was easy. easy and intuitive to use. I can pan, zoom, the color quality is great and it does not distort my face at all which is important. The feed is not grainy at all, very natural, amd the sound is natural. If you want to up your game I would get one of these!

Easy to start using by just plugging in. Comes with a camera cover which is good for privacy. Doesn't improve your picture quality too much. Image quality is a little better than Integrated WebCam

The installation couldn’t be easier. It took longer to unbox it than it did to set up. Zoom meetings are a daily occurrence in my job and trying to run a Zoom meeting on a laptop when you are presenting is cumbersome and often frustrating. Now I can use my larger, dual screen setup and not worry. For the price, it will be hard to beat this camera.

How do I make it zoom (not how do I use it with the Zoom app - but how do I zoom in and out). There is no way to do this when it is just plugged in and working. No controls and no drivers to do so.

That would depend on what App is being used. For example in the Windows app, The Camera application lets you zoom your webcam either in or out of video as well as video mode. To do this simply click or tap the Zoom button, and then utilize the slider that will show to alter the zoom degree that is available to the webcam. For other apps please visit their app support website
