Purchased 2 cartridges for the 2549 before I found out the printer is no longer supported. Tried via website to find return instruction but the website is confusing and never found instructions. Called sales and rep helped me buy more cartridges for new printer. Transferred me to customer service but call got dropped and never able to reconnect. I gave up. I have 2 2549 cartridges I don't need. If you know anyone who needs them let me know. Extremely frustrating experience.

I started buying HP ink online because the recent cartridges I USED TO CONVENIENTLY buy "anywhere"--grocery stores, Target, Staples, etc.--no longer work on my HP 4630 and so I have $200+ of "unusable" cartridges. I hate the fact you have to buy the whole cartridge even if only one or two "colors" are low/out--there are only two cartridges for this printer. I'm going back to a Canon Pixma printer SOON so that I can buy individual cartridges ANYWHERE, ANYTIME and be confident enough to know they'll work. I'm done with HP printers wasting my money AND time--online orders take a week to arrive!

Supported HP printers with this HP 61 ink cartridge.? I have an OfficeJet 4630 about 4 years old that just failed to power up. I have many HP 61 XL printer cartridges I would like to use. Need to buy a new printer that supports HP 61 ink cartridges.

I have free ink for 5.39 a month. Even though I don't print much I still pay. My colors are not bright anymore do I get a new ink and do I get back up for my black because I'm sure its almost empty. I have not had one for a year at least. Printer 4158e
