Troubling purchase
My HP 7250 is old but working well. The screen diagnostics identified the cyan cartridge was empty. I originally bought this as a color cartridge set together and the others were still fine. I put in my new genuine HP cyan color cartridge purchased from the genuine HP STORE and it has not worked since. I also bought $140.00 in future cartridges along with the single cyan cartridge that caused my fail messages. The messages will not clear. One fault said I was using a an imitation cyan cartridge. Last thing I will try is installing the new purchased cartridges. What a waste of money. If that does not work, I doubt I will purchase a HP printer again. You asked me for the review HP!

The worst.
First, it wouldn't even recognize a cartridge was in the slot. Then it printed maybe 15 copies before it looked like it was running out of ink. Then it said it detected it was a counterfeit. I will never by another inkjet or HP printer. I'm done.

Quality ink cartridges
I like the fact that these cartridges are new, not refilled. I’ve never had a problem with an HP cartridge, but I wish they weren’t so expensive. I always return empty cartridges in the bags supplied by HP, but there’s no reward applied to a future purchase. That stinks.

It when south so fast
Ink cartridges ordered from HP website caused lots of problems. It’s crazy. So I installed the new inks then when I closed the door, got message to make sure paper was in tray so it could realign. What? This hasn’t happened before. So I said to myself, “ooookay, do whatcha gotta do”. Well, alignment failed...several times. So, I thought “let’s print with our new cartridges.” Well, not so much. First printing had streaks with some areas light print and others areas where like I decided to take up painting...like Jackson Pollock no 5, no more like Convergence. Not so good tat all. Have no idea what happened. I then decided to purchase another set of cartridges locally, I know what ur gonna say, wrong move, right? Well, u’d be right. Spent over 100 bucks, again and, u guest it, same thing but more like Pollock Number 17A. Next 2 prints were lighter versions of the artist and finally, nothing, nada, zippo. Have no clue what went down, except my printer of course. Well it’s old, abt 4 yrs. Wait, is that old? I think not. In all seriousness, I’m disappointed with the cartridges and what finally happened to my printer. My printer no longer works. A coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. But, facts r the same, printer doesn’t work anymore.

I received this , the Cyan and Yellow ink cartridges near empty . Nothing prints out because of lack of ink. I was disconnected 3 times from different chat reps and got nothing resolved. This and the trouble I had with my HP laptop and computer . I'm finished with HP!

My HP printer uses 5 cartridges. The 5th one ( on the right hand side) is a “fat” black cartridge. I have ordered several cartridges, but they are too thin for that compartment. What should I order to get the “fat” cartridge I need?

Will this work in my HP Photosmart D7360 Printer?
Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, this cartridge will not be compatible with the HP Photosmart D7360 printer. That printer uses HP 02 ink cartridges. Due to the age of that printer and no other more recent printers are using them, those ink cartridges have been discontinued.
