Believe I received a faulty cartridge.
My printer is fairly new - purchased about 7 months ago, so this is the first time I'm having to purchase a cartridge. Since I installed the cartridge, the items printed have been very sketchy and spotted - unable to use - unreadable.

30 DAYS FOR DELIVERY FOR 1 OUT OF 2 CARTRIDGES
My printer toner status notification came on telling me to replace 2 toner cartridges. I usually get them at Staples but I thought it would be easier to just order direct from HP.
I ordered the 2 with a delivery date about 5 days. I got the first one in 20 days and I cant even get a status on the 2nd cartridge. Called Customer service 4 times yesterday and just let the phone wait on hold. Each time was on the phone for over 40 minutes with NO response. NEVER AGAIN

Great! Except We haven't had to install it yet....
I truly believe that ink cartridges follow an unknown universal law:
1. HP Ink Cartridge will order your new (empty) ink cartridge 1 month before you need it (Which is a great default mechanism that keeps us from running out of ink early!!!)
