Ordering and shipping dept. are morons.
Will never order thru HP again. Ordered two cartridges, sent one. Billed for both. Waited two weeks, called HP, sent out the second cartridge, billed again. Finally got second cartridge. Had to dispute second bill with credit card company, they issued a credit and finally so did HP. A month later and its all resolved. You people are incompetent. Never do this again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HP's Toner Cartridges are outrageously expensive and their proprietary technology makes it very difficult for other manufacturers to compete. I love HP technology but their marketing philosophy and practices are abysmal.

You people are like Gillette - you change the toners so when people buy new printers, those new printers don’t accept transfer of previous unused printer cartridges.
I was willing to buy a new printer, but the above issue causes me to likely buy someone else’s product.
In all fairness, your Fillipino representative was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Last HP purchase
This was the second cartridge that I purchased because the one I purchased from Amazon was extremely frustrating. Having to take a chip out of one and try to insert it into another is just ludicrous. The fact that I had to buy an HP cartridge only from HP was very disappointing. I will not be purchasing another HP printer, no matter how nice the printer is.

Cartridge review.
Don't know where to begin - pricy, programmed to prematurely indicate low level of toner, i will keep closer track of the replacement cartridge but do not believe the original cartridge produced the estimated number of documents. On the plus side it functions well and replacing the cartridge is straightforward.
