If you can find ways to overcome their blocking the other inks work just as well, but they hope most customers will not be able to do that. They behind the scenes try to take over many monitoring, notifications and settings in you computer.

Replaced these non-HP branded cartridges with these HP ones, cleaned up the mess inside the printer, and everything worked much better. I will admit these cartridges were expensive, and that is the reason for a "Good" rating vs an "Excellent" rating. My client wanted to return the printer, and these products changed their mind. Problem was that I didn't know which toner cartridges supported this new printer. Now when I began to become concerned about which toner to buy, I couldn't go the big box store where I bought it as it is closed due to the virus. So I went to the HP web site, and I admit, it took me a while to connect to a "chat" and a while longer to connect to a human, but once I did, I was connected to the HP web site and in a few minutes had ordered a fresh supply. The transaction was seamless and I am pleased.

Are these original hp or remanufactured?

Do the printer cartridges come with the chip already installed in the cartridge? I bought what I thought was HP product and had to replace all the chips in each cartridge and they still didn't work.
