Mostly nice. Seems fast.
For whatever reason my 3.5 yr old HP Elitebook only got 120 mbs on the home network. This new one gets 800+mbs on the same network. Only complaint is switch in types of ports - can't hook up all my monitors.

Long wait, no changes can be made pre assembly
Don't have product yet assembly not complete. I also could not make upgrade changes to order, even though it took two full weeks before assembly began. Your automated chat system is horrible
